Ladybug 2200S When I started doing research on buying a dry vapor steamer, i used to be aiming to come with a middle of the road version – not low-cost at 600 usd, but not as nice as this one of course. I finally set to go with the ladybug after weeks of poring over info and comparing. one in all the most effective decisions – i use this factor for EVERYTHING. different machines, when the water gets low, you have to show off the machine and unplug it and let it cool for like 40 minutes before you’ll refill it and then turn it back on and watch for it to heat up again. i do not have time to do that – I actually have to squeeze my cleaning time in when my toddler is napping or sleeping.
I can essentially fill the tank, plug it in and turn it on and it’s able to go in regarding quarter-hour – while it’s heating up initially, I clear away the muddle in the space. I start in the kitchen and use the triangle brush with the terrycloth towel to wash the counters, cupboards, fridge and sink basin. This literally takes a couple of minutes tops. It took me so much longer with crap chemicals and paper towels and/or a sponge. This you just glide over the surfaces and it just melts away the grease and junk and gets soaked up into the towel. It also cools very quickly (like almost instantly) after you stop pulling the trigger for the steam, therefore I will simply pop off the attachment and put on the spray nozzel and blast the nookes and crannies within the sink, round the handles and also the dish sprayer. Then i’ll sometimes get anxious and begin disinfecting the drains, cupboard handles, the seal around the fridge and freezer that captures crumbs and grows mildew, the seal space around the dishwasher door that gets disgusting, the stove burners, etc etc etc. But again, this all takes a few minutes. you simply fly from one factor to successive and therefore the steam is therefore hot it is nearly dry even after being blasted by the spray nozzel. I sometimes simply wipe over with the another terrycloth towel for the heck of it however you do not need to. Then I slap on the rectangle attachment and toss a towel on there (btw, the short DVD it comes with shows you the way to diaper the towel onto the attachments (you don’t have to, however they are very nice in capturing the crud that this factor imulsifies off of any surface. It takes about five seconds total to do it since the clips are super sturdy and easy to use) and quickly steam the floor. you can seriously clean and disinfect the entire kitchen during a matter of minutes without one chemical. albeit we had switched to all natural cleaners, they still leave residue and plenty of have robust scents. Another factor I noticed is that with a dry vapor steamer, everything gleams when it’s been cleaned (and our kitchen is super old!). I never realized simply how matte the surfaces were after using cleaners since they leave a movie behind and a steamer doesn’t. It’s just water that you simply are using.
At this point, after using the blast nearly full steam on the sink for many minutes, I switch the machine off and might instantly open the cap and refill the tank. you don’t need to refill it till it beeps that it’s running low, however I typically do it when every major area (bathrooms, kitchen) that I clean as a result of why not? you do not need to look forward to it to chill like alternative machines, you’ll do it on the fly. Then you decide it up and move it to consecutive area (for me I tackle the loos next) and plug it in and switch it on and it signals it’s ready during a couple minutes (about 2-3) once more, I finish off the muddle in those couple of minutes and then i am ready to steam away the bathroom germs. Triangle brush on the walls, ceilings (big mildew hotspot, we’ve the sort you can’t really see. you’ve got to wipe it down and then you see the telltale pink residue on the towel), mirrors, counters, showers, sinks then the floors. I do it in this order so i’m going from cleanest thing to dirtiest issue – constant towel will capture it all. Plus, the steam is thus hot it kills germs on contact therefore you’re not spreading any. you can certainly amendment towels from item to item if you want, however you are doing not got to. (Incidentally, I bought a huge lifetime offer of terrycloth towels for 15 greenbacks at my native discount warehouse store. The machine comes with two, but I do like plowing through clean towels when I do an entire house clean thus I will just toss them all within the wash when i’m done, and i usually wash them with the lavatory towels so it makes one big wash i would got to do once every week anyway – no wasted water!) Then i exploit the nozzle to blast the toilet bowls and sides/bottoms and that i am done and my bogs are disinfected and shiny.
For bedrooms/living rooms/etc, i exploit the window attachment to clean all of the windows, the limited wedge attachment for the window sills and tracts (you won’t believe the disgusting crap that comes out of them) and closet door tracts, and therefore the triangle brush with towel can seriously destroy dirt without knocking it up into the air. you can even use it to disinfect your mattress and carpets if you’re worried concerning ever obtaining (or god forbid if you HAVE) bedbugs – the steam kills EVERYTHING. Dustmites, pests, everything.
This is pretty much my routine and it has weigh down the time it took to clean the house immensely. you simply ought to have one machine out (okay, you’ve got to vacuum at some point which is another machine) and it’s small and straightforward to pick up from room to area. It does not leave any smells behind – it’s amazing the difference you notice once you begin using it. Your house will smell utterly different! Or rather, it will not smell 
I even have used this crazy thing to scrub the weirdest stuff – things I had never thought of before. This thing is awesome. easy to bust it out each night and disinfect the kitchen in a very matter of minutes, sufficiently little to fit in the hall closet. and i do not got to drain the thing – you can keep the water in there for 3 months before having to do a formal draining. this can be with the TANCS version – i’m unsure if that applies to 1 that doesn’t have TANCS. value obtaining as it obliterates crap that’s in your tap water as you employ it so that just pure clean steam is initiating.
All in all this has changed things significantly for me. With regular cleaners it took me forever – i might spend some of hours a night just to get a few rooms done at a time and the house smelled like multiple cleaners. now i’m disinfecting my entire house, obtaining rid of irritants, never buying anymore cleaners or mops or swiffers or scrubbers and it takes a fraction of the time to clean. i am finally ready to sit my butt down and write a review about something as a result of i am not stuck in the rest room with spray bottles and antibacterial wipes and toilet brushes.
(By the means, this thing obliterates weeds in the patio and garden (nozzle attachment),and grime in the bbq grills, CARSEATS!!!!!! (anyone with a toddler with milk during a sippy cup or a snack squirreled away within the carseat flaps understands this one) and also the garage (garbage bins, anyone?). I’ve even used it on the rubbish cans in the house, the light fixtures (after I took them down after all 
), our toothbrushes once per week (a shot of steam with the nozzle from some inches away) and my makeup brushes. Heck, I’ve disassembled the vacuum cleaner and steamed the individual non-electric elements (like the spin brushes and chambers and attachments and thus forth). i am certain i am forgetting factors – use this thing to your imagination (while using common judgement. don’t spray it in, oh… the retailers or your ipod clearly ;P) and you will perceive why i am being such a goober in this review and writing a unique. i am unable to say enough goodies concerning this purchase.
